Banksy Wall and Piece
Street Style!
This is a blog that will chronicle my travels and exploration of the art of graffiti. I will also be posting an instructional video on stencils and an interview with a graffiti writer to express the worth of this underground form of art.

Positive Messages and Social Change.
Here is a prime example of how graffiti can be used to do something good for society. Graffiti can pack a huge message and reach a large audience if it is done correctly.

Back when I was starting out
I remember seeing the Kilroy was here drawing that my bestfriend's dad had in their basement I didn't know what it meant but we started drawing on stuff haha. Little did I know that it was relevant to graffiti, in World War || James J. Kilroy inspected ships and other steel weapons and signed them Kilroy was here the man was added later and it comforted soldiers and became a morale booster (Gastman, Neelson, 38-39).

A little sticker
I really like this sticker it's in a few spots around my campus, I would love to see it with color and in paint but I can't condone writing on things on the Internet.
You can't catch him.
Here's an homage to the fairy tale of the gingerbread man and the characters ability to escape from his enemies.
This is art???!
Here's a structure that is suppose to be art, I think it is garbage compared to the stencils and other graffiti I've seen. I would rather see a wall designated for graffiti than having to look at this abstract piece of crap!
Smile
This isn't really graffiti by my standards but it's cool and is deeper than vandalism, but still is defacing the building I guess. So smile :)
